Challange
Cluttered legacy interfaces created cognitive fatigue and operational drag.
Operators managing Saudi Arabia's airspace faced non-linear interfaces that caused scanning fatigue and heightened operational risk. Multi-step data entry cycles stalled daily productivity, while a lack of systemic feedback left critical usability friction hidden, compromising real-time responsiveness in mission-critical environments.

Goal
Untangle dense regulatory workflows into a high-speed command hub.
Commissioned under mandate by ADAA, the goal was to eliminate input latency and cognitive overload. We set out to re-engineer the flight management lifecycle, delivering an intuitive platform where compliance, accuracy, and operational speed coexist seamlessly.

Solution
Re-engineering interface logic for total clarity and rapid execution.
We executed a complete systemic overhaul to turn dense regulatory tasks into a frictionless digital experience: - Institutional Mapping: Audited end-to-end workflows to pinpoint and eliminate procedural bottlenecks. - Architectural Restructuring: Overhauled the information hierarchy for instantaneous data discovery. - Iterative Validation: Stress-tested high-fidelity prototypes against real-world aviation demands. - Technical Orchestration: Built a compliance-first design that balances strict airspace rules with rapid operator speed.
